Ute Streicher and her team have been offering services for property owners since 2002. Due to the high demand and the many satisfied customers, we have expanded our services and founded MamaFinca SL.

Fincas, townhouses and apartments are competently looked after by MamaFinca. We have defined all processes as processes, our employees work with individual checklists created for each property. Of course, we also have a responsible position for quality management, which ensures that our customers get what they have ordered. Pool, garden, interiors, outdoor areas, windows and Persians - everything is cleaned perfectly.

Our team of craftsmen consists of German and Spanish specialists, all of whom have specific training. We take care of your internet connection, your satellite dish, your cameras. We install and repair your air conditioning and heating. take care of all electrical connections. We create smaller buildings such as pools, guest houses, porches, fountains, driveways, access roads or renovate them. Where we do not have enough expertise, we consult a specialist service provider.
